Thesaurus Rex was one of my first ever Barefoot Books, and the one that got me hooked! It was the first book I read to the boys that completely engaged them! Both of them love learning new words and are beginning to understand how different words can mean the same thing.
The artwork in this particular book can’t be beat, either. The colors are bright and cheerful, allowing Thesaurus Rex to literally jump off the page and join the boys at play.
A great first book in which to start your own Barefoot Book collection! For ages 3 to 7 years.
